Booking Guidelines

Location: We are based in Midlothian, Texas, with all services performed in our private in-home studio. The exact address will be provided after your booking is confirmed.

Payment: The full balance is due upon completion of your service.

Preferred Payment Methods: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle and Venmo

Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee may apply or your appointment may be canceled.

No Extra Guests: To maintain a calm and focused environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Health & Hygiene: Please do not book if you are feeling unwell, have scalp infections, or open wounds. Services may be declined for health/safety reasons.

Refunds: All services are non-refundable once completed. Refer to Refund Policy.
Styled&Slayed by Shannell

Hair Prep: For braid styles, hair must be washed, conditioned, blow-dried, and detangled. Additional fees will apply if these steps are not completed in advance.

Hair Must Be Provided: You are responsible for bringing your own braiding hair unless pre-arranged for Shannell to provide.

If you prefer Shannell to purchase hair, that option is available for an added fee. She will contact you before your appointment to confirm color, length, and brand preferences.

Nail Prep: Please arrive with bare nails. If you need removal of previous gel or extensions, it must be booked in advance as an add-on. Unbooked removals may not be accommodated or will incur a fee.

Design Requests: For custom designs, please send inspo pics ahead of time via DM or text to ensure proper prep and timing.
